Early-bird registration deadline: 10 April 2019 included
Deadline for online registration: 20 May 2019 included
Registration will still be possible onsite during the meeting (late registration fees apply).
Abstract submission: two deadlines!
- 25 January 2019, for young researchers who wish to be selected for an oral presentation in a symposium.
- 25 February 2019 included, for poster presentation.
All presenting authors must register for the meeting prior to submitting an abstract.

(1) Students and Post-docs must provide a proof of their status signed from their laboratory or Department Head while registering.
(2) Only for former members of the French Neuroscience Society now retired.
Members of societies affiliated to FENS or IBRO can benefit from the same registration fees as the members of the French Neuroscience Society, under certain conditions.

Lunch bag :
12 € per lunch bag (options: mixed salad or sandwich or vegetarian sandwich) .
