Registrations

The registration system requires creating a profile (your contact details). Once you have created a profile, you will be able to register to the meeting, submit an abstract and buy tickets for lunch bags and the NeuroNight party.

You will not be allowed to submit an abstract until you have completed your registration.

FENS members or SfN members can benefit from the same registration fees as the members of the French Neuroscience Society, under certain conditions.
1 - They live and have their professional activity outside France,
2 - They send a proof of their membership to an affiliated society.
If this applies to you, do not forget to mention your affiliation while registering!

L'adhésion à la Société des Neurosciences permet de bénéficier de tarifs préférentiels pour le Colloque.

Vous pouvez enregistrer votre adhésion par formulaire électronique, elle sera valable pour toute l'année 2011. Elle ne deviendra cependant effective qu'après règlement de la cotisation.

Pour faciliter votre inscription au Colloque, enregistrez votre adhésion 48h AVANT. Vos coordonnées administratives seront alors pré-remplies sur le formulaire d'inscription en ligne.

SPEAKERS AND CHAIRPERSONS

Although you have been pre-registered, you still have to complete your registration and to submit an abstract for your presentation (speakers only). You should have received a personalized e-mail with all information to connect to your profile.
