The gala dinner goes casual!
The traditional seated dinner will be replaced by a more relaxed evening function with a finger food buffet. The Plateforme, docked on the riverbank of the Rhône in the city centre of Lyon, will welcome up to 400 participants for dinner before opening its doors to more guests for an after-dinner dancing party.
Please note that there is no organized transportation.

The tickets can be booked online and are available on a “first come, first served” basis. The allotment is limited to 400 participants for the dining cocktail and 200 additional participants for the dancing party.

Rates:
€ 50 per person (standard fee including finger food buffet and 2 drink vouchers to be used during the dance evening)
€ 20 per person (student fee including finger food buffet and 2 drink vouchers to be used during the dance evening)
€ 7 per person (special fee for the dance evening only. Valid from 22:30, including 2 drink vouchers).

Old Lyon and “Barbe Island” Tour

Duration: 3 hrs

The tour of the “Old Lyon” invites the participant to discover the historical Saint Jean Quarter, one of the UNESCO World Heritage site in Lyon. You will see what makes this city so exceptional: its narrow streets, its squares, its fountains and its beautiful buildings and monuments from the renaissance and the gothic times. Last but not least, you will discover the famous “traboules”, a net of hidden passages and courtyards allowing the pedestrian to go from one building to the other without using the street!
The excursion will be extended by a boat tour on the Saône, the second river of Lyon, showing you the picturesque banks of the city and the enchanting Barbe island.
