Most symposia comprise one young researcher’s presentation selected on abstracts.

Poster presentations run from 10:00 to 17:30 (16:00 on Friday) every day in the exhibition area.
However, a one-hour time block (poster session) is dedicated to discussion with the authors:
– from 10:00 to 11:00 for even-numbered posters
– from 14:30 to 15:30 for odd-numbered posters.
The size of your poster should not exceed 1189 mm (width) and 841 mm (height) – A0. Landscape format!
Blu-tack (Patafix) will be available onsite to hang posters.
The last three digits of your poster number refer to your poster board number. Posters should be set-up in the morning before 9:30 (the day of your poster presentation) and should be removed the same day before the end of the conferences. Remaining posters will be removed by our staff and stored at the registration desk until Friday, 26 May at 15:30. After this date, posters will be discarded. Posters and other material will not be sent to you after the meeting.
